All they care about is that you can write in a way that translates easily to those who can't see the film inside your head, i.e. everyone. If you can hook them with solid work, then you'll get them reading. That's your goal. WebbYes, but don't overdo it. I wouldn't. There’s storyboard artists whose job is to do this. I’d just worry about making the story. Unless it is a VERY important and specific shot, I would let it be. Don't ever put camera directions in your script unless you plan on directing. It's the director's job to figure that out.
