To push a commit without triggering a pipeline, add [ci skip] or [skip ci], using any capitalization, to your commit message. Alternatively, if you are using Git 2.10 or later, use the ci.skip Git push option. WebOne workaround is to use dynamic child pipelines. In case you want to skip the remaining steps just create a child pipeline with en echo in it (unfortunately empty pipeline is not allowed) but in case you want to run them then trigger a child pipeline with the jobs...
