WebCare coordination is the responsibility of any system of care (e.g., "accountable care organization [ACO]") to deliberately integrate personnel, information, and other resources needed to carry out all required patient care activities between and among care participants (including the patient and informal caregivers). WebThe general rule is that if an employer offers group health coverage to any full-time employees, the employer must offer coverage to all full-time employees (defined as those working 30 or more hours per week). The employer also has the option of offering coverage to part-time employees (defined as those working 20 to 29 hours per week).
